Cosmetic Dentistry Financial Policy
Financial policy For your convenience we accept Debt, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Cash and Personal Cheques. We deliver the individualized treatments to each of our patients during your appointment and therefore payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Our office staff can help you make arrangements with Care Credit prior to your more extensive treatments should you wish to make your payments over a couple of months.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged at our office. As a courtesy to our patients we will gladly aid you in submitting claims to you dental insurance plans at every visit. Our reasonability is to provide you with the best treatment that suites your needs, not what your insurance plan feels is the most cost effective treatment. Most companies take only 3-7 days to pay your claims. This reimbursement will be mailed to your home address. Please let us know if you feel the insurance company has lessened the amount you were expecting, so that we can follow up with them on your behalf. With the new privacy legislations most insurance companies will send all the paper work to only the patient so we rely on you to inform us of any addition information they may need or of any problems with your reimbursement payments.
